Reflections Holiday Parks - Coffs Harbour Holiday Park

Close to shops is on the Pacific Highway. You hear some traffic noise but negligible during the night, which is also reasonably close to local attractions and beaches. Has sites with power- water- grey water points & dump point within the park, has a non powered area, and some cabins. Amenities are clean. Was told that there are plans to improve the park. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Absolutely lovely staff. Very helpful when we got our little foam plane stuck on our cabin roof, LOL. Gorgeous layout and park in itself. The downside is that you can hear all of the traffic but to be expected when the park itself is on the highway. Lots of cute little bunnies running around. We stayed in a basic cabin and it was well looked after. Can't find fault with our stay. Thank you reflections for having us.

Firstly I would like to compliment the staff Every one was friendly and efficient However. The accommodation was without doubt the worst experience in 70 years of travelling My bed was literally 15 m from the edge of the highway next to a set of traffic lights I see they offer complimentary ear plugs But the whole cabin was shaking every 30 seconds. The heavy traffic is insane There was obviously a police car patrolling that section of highway. Every 15 minutes or so his sirens went off as he pulled someone over. He clearly had a successful night I gave up at midnight. Packed up and continued my journey To be honest you could not pay me enough to stay there again Maybe you could consider a refund The good news is that I have just received a complete refund So thank you reflections

The only good thing about that place was the bathroom because it was new. We asked for powered camp site but was unavailable, when we arrived there was powered so we plugged in then we got a phone call from the staff saying you didn’t pay for powered we explained why we plugged in but staff member didn’t let us explained and was so rude and just said I’m charging you. We were willing to pay but did not give us a chance to explain !

Coffs is a beautiful town, beautiful beaches and playgrounds. However..... The most disgusting, run down cabins I have ever stayed at. Nothing for the children at all except to look at a few rabbits. No pool No playground No recreational activities at all!! 1star is over rated!! However it wouldn't allow me to post unless I gave it a rating. I have stayed at many holiday parks and this is by far the WORST. The managers and owners should be ashamed of themselves. The day we arrived, the fridge blew, after driving 5 hours with infants, the last thing we wanted to do.was unpack the fridge and repack it. We called the manager and they replaced the fridge but what an inconvenience from the get go, I should have bolted then. The bedroom door wouldn't close its stayed ajar the whole time, so no privacy. There were only a couple of power points in the kitchen, all to the left side, but was told not to use a power point when using the skillet to.cook otherwise it might short circuit again, as it did the fridge. We had to run an extension cord from one end of the kitchen along side the water tap to the other side so that we could cook with the skillet. The bunk beds were situated in the most inconvenient place, right outside the toilet and shower. So if you were planning on sleeping without being woken up from another member using the toilet at night, good luck with that. We had ONE blanket between the 4 of us and at times had to beg for an extra bath towel. When asking for an extra towel, the eyes would roll. (Oops I thought, sorry for asking). The park is on the main road it's so so.noisy at night from.cars who, tyres were screeching and doing burnouts. So you will not get a decent sleep. Either way, from the noisy cars or the dodgy cabins, it is by far the worst holiday I have had, and I have travelled throughout Australia. I will never return to.this park. I only wished I read all the bad reviews and the star ratings before I decided to hand over my hard earned cash. It was not worth even a quarter of it Obviously the 1 star or NIL star reviews meant nothing to the managers as there are still ongoing issues OH & S issues, aged and run down cabins, dodgy fuses which can short circuit at any time. Having to use long extension cords just to cook on a skillet is ridiculous!! To the dodgy steel plate bolted to the road so you can drive your car near to the cabin. I would hate to.see someone slip and cut their feet on this steel plate. I was not compensated for any of this, so those of you who are considered "lucky you" if you got your money back. I work hard all year round and was looking.forward to my hard earned break, ummmmm, this was not the break I wanted or hoped. Instead it was the opposite! One of the many bad reviews I've read stated that they couldn't wait to get away quick enough. I 100% agree. Very sad but true. I arrived on the 23rd December for Christmas, which was the worst Christmas ever!!! The pictures of the cabins on the internet to what you "actually " get is totally deceiving. It's not as new as what you may have hoped for. It's the opposite. So, before you book, I hope you read through the reviews. If you have a caravan and just using the park for a site for a night you may never have had to deal with the disgusting run down cabins. I don't write bad reviews as I like.to thank people and great full for their great service and friendly warm and caring nature, but, this review is by far needed. I have no reason to lie. What do i gain. What I have mentioned in my review, is definitely worth considering before you make the same mistake i did!! Don't waste your money. And the internet is outdated. As I said, our families will never ever stay here at this park again!!!
